Best actor/actress is honestly gotta be Lena Heady, she has been consistently a masterful actress so far in this series. If it wasn't for her issues with Bronn's actor off the screen, I think she would be far and away considered the best actor in GoT.

Why didn't Terrell Owens get elected to the Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility?

Jamie is a good example of this, in the books he ditched cersei before her trial and his whole storyline since season 4 is a killing time to keep him in the action side trip that almost certainly will not occur in the book. But he now ends up where his story was headed at the conclusion of book 5, North to join brienne.

You're not voting for best ability if you're considering things that don't relate to said ability.

I suppose, then, that we'd have to have an in-depth discussion about what criteria we are using to evaluate the question "Who is the best actor?". Each person could be defining the question differently and that could be the root of the disagreement.

In the bts for the season finale dinklage said something Ally when him and cersei see eachother for the first time cersei gives him a look that he never wants to see again. It made him want to run and hide.

I think that speaks volumes about her skills.

Terrell Owns is #2 in career recieving yards and #3 in TDs. I think that speaks volumes about her his skills. Why was he not voted into the Hall of Fame in his first year on the ballot?

What qualities are we looking for when we are searching for an answer to "Who is the best actor?"

Not being voted in isn't necessarily due to a lack of skill on his part. The Hall of Fame has their own criteria that may or may not properly dictate the true best player. A human vote alone is influenced by factors other than the person's skill.

Perhaps some of the voters think there was some other factors for his success or something. Maybe they don't like his personality.
