Comedy I'd say either Jim Carrey (Dumb and dumber, Ace Ventura, The Mask, The Cable Guy etc..)
or Jonah Hill (22 Jump Street, Superbad, The 40-Year-Old Virgin etc..)

Watch the movie God Bless America (has nothing to do with religion), just a dark comedy about murder. Never met anyone who watched it and disliked it.

We Need To Talk About Kevin is also very good. Too lazy to explain what it's about, but I doubt either of these movies were suggested in this thread.

Also lol @ the last 100 posts of everyone saying the same boring movies/shows EVERYONE has seen.
