what i dont understand is why Varys and Tyrion though it will be good idea to visit Deanerys...? Vatys served lanisters and had his ppl to spy on her ( which she knows ) Tyrion is a lanister and i dont think killing his father would earn her trust.

Just because he doesn't have her trust doesn't mean he can't be useful. She allows Hizdar to speak despite the fact that she views him as more of an enemy than a friend. Tyrion has something to offer her for sure. It will be the same as all the other political alliance in this story, full of suspicion and maneuvering.

They are both alive imo. What bums me out is this will probably be the only time we got to see why Barristan is one of the most skilled knights in Westeros. He might be done fighting for good now, have a cane, and be an adviser instead of a protector.
