Unspectacular but fitting season, I guess. For some reason, tv series seem to struggle with endings.
There were some good parts, but mostly S4 seemed to lack an identity of its own. It seemed to rely on "playing the hits". It kinda 'pulled a Palpatine' twice. Killing and then threatening to bring back a big character is a lazy mechanic imo. The attempts at humor also fell flat. Previous had rare comedic moments thrown in that worked well since they were so unsurprising. But this season lacked them.
Ep6 was strong though. Isaac's monologue had a lot to it.
Overall, I would give this season a 6.5/10, which is still fine but disappointing compared to the previous.
