The Simpsons is definitely one i watched the most of up until about season 15 at which I didn’t watch much if any at all after that. Season 3-10 was amazing. Rest was meh or sucked very bad

Pokémon up to like season 3 or 4 and DBZ were amazing for me, that’s if you include them as cartoon

Love family guy still, like simpsons really good until about season 10 or so. I like South Park and watched it a bit but not religiously like all the above.

As a very young kid, teenage mutant ninja turtle and biker mice from Mars, were my favs.

As for just chill out cartoons that I loved but wasn’t addicted to, Rocko’s modern life was up there, the old Scooby doo’s, Bugs bunny and all the other looney tunes were great fun

I’m still definitely a 90s kid at heart.

Simpsons, South Park and old originals like Looney Tunes are off the charts and can't fairly be compared with others. They created the genre and are the greatest. But they are not the best. Independent of fair context, judging by pure quality without cutting it any slack, it's ATLA. It has too much going for it too many different areas. It isn't "just a comedy" or "just for kids" or "just for people who are nostalgic since they watched it when they were at the right age".
