I have a big issue when they're trying so hard to make a woman "better" than a man. Forcing the lesbian scenes on us, the women empowerment, talking men down, etc. It's the main reason I can't stand watching Supergirl.

There's a difference between what Batwoman/Supergirl(Or even Captain Marvel) are doing and just straight badass chicks that don't need to tell everyone they're badass. Think Sarah Connor, Kill Bill, that girl from Edge of Tomorrow, that little girl from Kick-Ass, that girl from Underworld, etc.

I don't need you to tell me how cool and so much more awesome than men you are. Just show me.
