Once you accept this show for what it is (5 total hours of teen-level drama) then there are some real charming moments that stand out. It's a unique product in the TV market.
I might be totally off base with the social media norms of 2019, but I felt like the season-ending cliffhanger was very underwhelming. It's completely unknown whether that cliffhanger means something or nothing. Compare that to S1's cliffhanger of Kreese physically showing up announced (which we knew would mean something).
Overall, the final episode left a bad taste in my mouth.
