Man.... Pet Sematary is one of my all-time favorite Stephen King novels. I was overjoyed as a teenager when I found out there was a movie adaptation and that horrible shit crushed me. The trailers look promising, looks like they're going WAY off the source material to make it their own thing, which is probably for the best, but I've learned my lesson about being optimistic for King movies. Although, within the past decade we've gotten a few exceptionally good movies from his material; 1408, It, and The Mist were all solid. You see they're making a movie for Doctor Sleep? It's a sequel to the shining lol.

Just saw the movie. And i have the wtf reaction. The movie is a mind fuck. There was so many rabbits. I liked Get Out better. But this was a more exciting film. I give it 7/10.

I'm just glad to here positive reviews thus far from actual users. I'm hoping to go see it sometime this or next week, but if I can't make it, I'll be forced to wait until a copy becomes available online.

Movie was awesome. Like Tumor said above it was way more exciting. There was hardly any waiting around for stuff. It was very fast-paced and action packed. I think it was about 2 hours total but it felt much shorter just because it was go go go. It was fun. Much more visceral than Get Out, and super mind fucky. Jordan Peele absolutely delivered again. I liked it a bit more than Get Out and would probably give it a 8/10.

I'm surprised by the comments from others, I personally felt it was a let down. While the acting was very good, at no point did I feel scared like in a usual horror film; the 'twist' was predictable and certain aspects of the plot weren't cohesive.

Gonna have to agree with this. It was good but I don't think it deserved all the hype. I enjoyed Get Out a lot more

Jordan Peele's last movie Get Out was an incredibly well done horror movie, with phenomenal performances throughout. The atmosphere was one of the most tense I've experienced in a film during my adulthood and while of course it was mostly predictable, the ambiance kept me intrigued and alert throughout.

As this film will most likely be a bit less predictable, which seemed to be one of the major complaints from moviegoers who saw Get Out (well, that and racists just complaining cause blacks in a movie). I'm curious to know what your guy's thoughts on this are, if anyone is planning/excited to see it, if you think it looks like dog shit or whatever. I was surprised there wasn't a topic up about it and thought there should be.
