Best thing to ask here is what Genre of Anime do you like to watch?

For myself, I am tired of superhero anime/cartoons, they have diverted from the comics and rely on childish humor... well the Marvel / DC ones to be honest.

So... here are some things I like:

Sword Art Online Season 1 / 2 & 3 and Log Horizon season 1 & 2.
Kingdom: This anime is basically history in China and the 7 Warlords and so on.

You might be interested in things like:

Knights & Magic (a bit overpowered, but fun all the same)
The time I got reincarnated as a Slime (fun / interesting and still running)
Megalobox which is boxing
Overlord I / II / III is interesting for me

And many more. It depends on your interests.
