What agenda was jurrasic park pushing? Besides the need to keep the movie series going.

haha yes true, but

it was in the beginning. it was the news channel report on the hearing about saving the dinosaurs, where Dr Malcom (jeff Goldblum) is speaking in the court. ( A rather small scene in the movie)

Anyway, there was a little ticker at the bottom on the news channel screen and it read something like 'President denies climate change' or something like that. An attack on President Trump.

Now regardless of whether its true or not, they literally could have made up anything fictional and ran it along the bottom of that ticker as the news. Instead movie makers put a subtle little message delivered to the audience on their views.

One would hope the movie makers would just focus on making a halfway decent story/movie. Instead Hollywood filmmakers try to have some sort of influence on viewers of these big budget movies.

And we all know how Jurassic Park: Fallen Kingdom turned out... The worst in the franchise. And personally, I liked Jurassic World, but fallen kingdom was just bad.

So fallen Kingdom was bad because of a small part of the movie that most people probably didn't notice/care about, which in your eyes was an insult towards Trump?

That's pretty fucking hilarious tbh

Also if it is a fact how is it an insult?

no, it was just bad overall.
Point is, they could have put almost anything, ANYTHING, in the scrolling ticker as fictional news in a fictional movie.

Instead they choose to have it was relating to current politics and designed as a subtle shot at Trump (I think it was 'President denies climate change', id have to rewatch but u dont have to be a genius to put 2 and 2 together).

In fact the whole scene is just kinda weird how its of the news anchor, then it like goes into Jeff Goldblum in the hearing, then it cuts out to the girl watching the news on tv... Its like they needed to make the movie this way just to have the ability to put this message in there. But somehow this scene made the cut lol... It just makes me think what kind of filmmaking was cut/ sacrificed/ changed if they were willing to put this scene in the movie and where does it stop?

I was watching the movie in the theater and saw that in the early part of the movie and just rolled my eyes and thought... 'here we go...' The scene clearly was kept in there for a reason when it could have been filmed in a different way.

There were other hints of politics and SJW agendas in the movie, dont really need to get into them but can if u need.

this is coming from someone who liked what they did with first Jurassic World and thought it was well done. But anyone who would argue that Fallen kingdom wasn't the worst movie in the franchise has a terrible taste in movies.

Climate change is a proven fact lol, it's not up for debate. Trump is a moron who actually once said it's a hoax created by the Chinese lol.

Whether it's man-made or unavoidable and part of the Earth's cycle is up for debate, but if seeing a fact makes you angry, you should also avoid going to the movies.

That's not pushing an agenda. It's the same as you getting upset over the tagline being water is wet and we've already had this exact same discussion in this forum.

Again though, rightwing nutjobs who hate facts.

e: If quoting someone in context is taking a shot at them, is it really taking a shot?

What's ironic is that Obama and no other Dem has ever tried to take people's guns away, but Trump has proposed taking weapons from the violent or mentally unstable. Not that I think crazy people should have guns, but who decides the criteria for what's unstable? Hilarious to me that the side who's been overly concerned about their constitutional rights is defending a man who's pissing all over the constitution at every single turn and all because he's better than a woman.
