Transformers 1 & 3 were 10/10

It's a shame they ruined the franchise with all the sequels to the original. Jurassic park 1 was such an epic movie. One of my favs of all time

Lost World was pretty sick too imo.

Isn't lost world the one where the 14 year old beats up a raptor with her gymnastics? Even as a kid I thought that movie was trash, I'd hate to rewatch it now.

Nope, you're spot on, and ofc that scene was fucking terrible, but I still enjoyed the film. Tbh though, I haven't seen it in 13+ years, so who knows how it held up, but I'm guessing nostalgia would carry it for me. I've never been a dinosaur kid or anything, but I liked raptors a lot, so it was cool seeing a movie that focused more around them vs the T-Rex, which is what people usually cared/talked about.

Oh, and it was where the "clever girl" gif/meme comes from, and while many of the cast members are not considered A listers or w/e, I still love most of them, and they made the movie for me.

I hate Julianne Moore, but I feel like I didn't hate her when I saw this, so maybe that helped too.

My brain is failing me today.

I still remember liking Lost World, but maybe it's total trash. Going to have to rewatch it now to try and see if I'm just delusional or what's going on with my thought process lately.

Nah its not that bad. Its the best of all the sequels... minus the acrobat raptor kick its pretty good

But yeah lost world is good. Even the 3rd one is alright. The 4th was dog shit though and by the sounds of it this one will be horrible too
