I too feel the same way about the movie, but I included it back when I made the list because imdb tagged it as horror:

" Genres: Action | Comedy | Drama | Horror | Sci-Fi "

I tried to make a list with a broad interpretation of the genre, featuring different levels and subgenres of horror, hoping that whoever was looking for a horror movie would find one that would suit his taste.

I don't really think there are any horror elements in it. Not sure why it is tagged as horror.

@op it stains the sands red is a movie I really want to see. I think it is supposed to be horror.

The autopsy of jane doe is a really good horror/thriller flick.
Sinister is another good one. Sinister 2 is decent but doesn't live up to the first one
