What? There will be one. It's pretty self-explanatory. Currently there are two jedi, there will be only one by the end of episode 8. Some weak ass Luke dying the same way as his master did bullshit.... Hopefully we at least see a cooler Sith that Kylo bitch in action this time around.

Pretty sure "the last Jedi" is a reference to Luke being that he is the last Jedi now. Especially looking at the previous movies "a new hope" references Luke going out into the galaxy, and "return of the Jedi" references Luke becoming a Jedi. So "the last Jedi" is a reference to Luke. The movie will probably heavily center around him. He may or may not train Rey (probably will), but for now he is the only one.
