Not sure if you read the books, but the first 8 episodes covered the first four books, with two episodes per book. Kind of glad that they didn't blow it all in one season.

Mr. Poe is almost spot on to how he was written. The show is just as annoying as the book was with all of the depressing nonsense and sidebars, with the adults acting like morons.

ya i havn't had a chance to check it out but ive seen more poor reviews then good. So yall saying that its good? might have to check it out.

Got through 5 episodes so far. It's entertaining, but not great. Would be much more enjoyable if I was a young teen.

NPH is fantastic ofc. All of the adults are just as stupid and horrible as I remember from the books.
