Thanks again to everyone for the suggestions! I got a chance to look through most of them and so far I've:
Added Boardwalk Empire, Mr. Robot, The Shield, and Oz to my watchlist. Banshee sounds good too but I don't have access to that one.Will look into Homelands, Broadchurch, Gotham, and the night manager.
Out of other suggestions, I have seen and liked to some degree, The blacklist, Quantico, American Crime Story, and The killing (so those were on point suggestions
too)

I could definitely see that. I still enjoyed it all the way up to the series finale, at which point I was just as let down as everyone else who watched it. Had it not been for the series finale, it would probably be #1 on my favorite series list, but Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones are both are both above it due to the finale.
If you're looking for other thrillers, I'd suggest checking out any of the ones listed in my original post. I'm excited to check out some of the new suggestions people have already brought here as well!
