Not in a movie, but when I was like 9-10 my alarm clock went off in the morning(zet to radio not buzz) and for some reason there was a radio ad for one of the harry potter movies. So I woke up to voldemorts creepy fucking voice saying he was going to get me or some shit. Scared the shit out of me until I realized it was the radio.

First time I watched the Exorcist was in high school. Scared the crap outta me.

But scariest for me was "Dreamscape". Not scary now, but I saw it when I was about 6 or 7 when my older siblings were watching it. There was this lizard/dragon man thing that scared me badly. Stull get that same feeling when I watch it now.

Child's play, watched it when I was 4yrs old.
The scene where the mom threatens chucky to talk or she will throw him into the fire, and he yells you stupid bitch, u filthy slut. Obviously at the time I didn't understand wtf he said but when he became "alive" screaming %#@$ scarred me. Watched it again when I was like 12 and it was just hilarious
