For anyone who read the books, or for anyone who paid at least the slightest bit of attention to the show, this was a given.

Never read the books so I just speculate...

The books end where the last season ended. Once again though, if you've followed the story at all, you would know it's pretty obvious that he's coming back. Reading the books would only strengthen that theory, but still, you should have been able to know that without seeing a damn trailer...

None of it is obvious. It's called speculation.

Jon Snow being stabbed would be something that is obvious.
