He has a decent role. But he is not the main focus at all. Only there for a speech or two and some training

might give it a shot can't stand Stallone hes in the same boat as Van dam and all those washed up actors.

I enjoyed hid roll in the movie. He is in it just the right amount

Haven't watched Creed or even DL'd it, I have seen Southpaw.

From my point of view, it is nothing special, it does however have some things going for it.

So... my vote without even watching Creed, I am going with Creed, I am guessing from
all the posts that it fills in the missing slots to the Rocky movies... Southpaw is just
from a standpoint one off movie that was created for those AFTER the Rocky series,
shit, he may have made his debut just before or after Rocky taking on Robert Di Nero
movie... personally that ended the Rocky Series.

EDIT: you want to watch a good boxing movie... then watch "Brutal Glory", it is based
on a true story.

Both boxing movies, yet they were two very different.

Creed was faster-paced and exciting driven.
Southpaw was slower and emotional.

My vote is on Creed
