Yeah, people usually react that way but I can't stand him.

I've seen Taxi Driver, Casino, Gangs of New York and Cape Fear and to me they are all shit so i'm never watching anything else by him again.

I might have watched it on tv or something, not sure can't remember. However i'm not likely to watch a 2.5 hour film by a director I usually can't stand. My backlog is stacked with 2.5 - 3hour films already because they are so inconvenient to squeeze into my everyday schedual :/

And I don't think I know anyone who didn't like Casino and Gangs of New York
