Well I guess "true-ish" still counts right - it is just entertainment. Really nothing is "true" depending on perspective.

nothing about it is true, they put the ''true story'' thing there as a joke.. (the story they're telling)

The only thing true that I would think is how the mob can think and sometimes they kill people, but it's not really shocking, but I'm sure there's some truth in there somewhere but I'm not really sure what it is.
