It was actually really good!

One of the coolest things is that the show was literally shot in each of the areas of the world that's being portrayed (you'll see as you watch). That means the actors and staff all had to move across the world and adapt to environments literally as they were acting. You should watch the inside the making after you finish the season, I gained a lot of respect for the project after watching that 30mins of insight.

definitely worth watching. bit uncomfortable watching at times though..

I just wish the people would speak the language of the region they're in. Hated listening to several shitty accents.


If they did it like in Narcos, show would've gotten a much higher rating from me.

Didn't think the accents were shitty, they were genuine

They couldn't do it with foreign languages because the the German couldn't speak Hindi and the African couldn't speak Korean. That is the whole point, different but connected. Also there were several times the people spoke their native tongue to others who also spoke their own tongue, Indians with Indians or Mexicans with Mexicans.

How would the German understand Hindi? He doesn't have access to the Indian chicks brain, he can just take conscious control of her being employing all the traits he has as the german

So you just let all of them speak their native language and subtitle it in English. Easy peasy and would've made a lot more sense imo.

The dj isn't a Korean speaking martial artist just because the two are linked. Riley is Riley, and sun is sun. The two can communicate as themselves and access each other's body but that is the link. They do not have infinite potential to each other's knowledge base, or else they would never even have a need to communicate. This is demonstrated numerous times, lito getting shit on, wolfgang unable to lie or make curry bomb, list goes wayy on.
