A term introduced by the psychologist Carl Jung to describe a person whose motives and actions are directed inward. Introverts tend to be preoccupied with their own thoughts and feelings and minimize their contact with other people.
Introverts are not fucking socially handicapped like this guy (not allowing other people to even touch him or stays away from simple things like handshakes).
This is clearly autism to some degree and not even remotely close to introvert.
Introverts are not necessarily socially handicapped, they are perfectly fine in dialogues or interacting with other people. The only difference is that they NEED alone-time to regain energy (as human interaction is like a duty which makes them tired) compared to extroverts who gain energy from other people.
Don't try to argue with me, I've read psychology for 2 years in med school, including personality psychology where we covered introverts and extroverts.
