Helix and 12 Monkies are currently going very strong. Both up for a new season. 12 Monkies is about time travel and Helix is about immortality. Both really good imo. Should give those a try.
I just saw a commercial over Killjoy and I can't wait! I wish Syfy would pick up Firefly and just start off where it left off. Who cares if there is already a movie out rapping it all up.
Will have to check out Dark Matter.
I don't see Falling Skies. Have you seen that one? 4 seasons out and the 5th season starts sometime later in June.
Also Syfy has alot of Syfy original movies that are worth checking out.
i've seen some of 12 monkies and helix 4 or 5 episodes of each, same with all those shows. I give everything on syfy a chance, except the reality shows, and wrestling. But until this year syfy hadnt been to space for a long time. Which in my mind is where science fiction lives.
Falling skies had a good first couple seasons, i couldnt get enough. I'll keep up with the new season but i'm not excited about it the way i was anymore. Its like all these apocalypse shows, there's no new adventure. The arks are weak and it's all so focused to a point that you know where every episode is going to go, "heres a group of survivors, and they're gonna try to survive, the end."
btw the best zombie show atm is iZombie, and i dropped the walking dead when they were in the prison. I think that might be why i dropped helix too, i've just seen enough zombie outbreak stuff for a while, i havent even given The Strain a chance because with all the movies and 7 or 8 seasons of the walking dead i'm just burnt out on the whole idea, i've seen it, and i dont care how much money you spend making it again, i've seen it.
