Care to tell your favorites then? Guardians and Edge are pretty good on entertainment value imo

I think Nightcrawler was the best film that I saw last year. I am amazed that he didn't win an oscar for his performance.

I can't remember many films from last year but a few that I liked that haven't been mentioned yet:

Unbroken
Theory of everything

I watched Clouds of Sils Maria recently and thought it was pretty brilliant.

Timbuktu finally out with Engsubs, the only '14 Foreign Oscar nom I haven't seen, will watch it today or tomorrow I think
