It's one of my favourite tv-shows of all time close to Oz and Sopranos. Loved the dark atmosphere, dialogues and acting. The character development was amazing and the story only got better and better.
One of the things that made me like it even more was that it's not your regular cop tv-show, the cinematography was amazing, loved the southern area mystique hovering in the air.
On the other hand I can understand how some people don't like it. It's not made for everyone.
