He doesn't look that ripped at all, he doesn't even have a 6 pack, looks more like he is sucking in his stomach, he is also holding his left arm to his chest to indicate more muscle mass.

Yes he is tanned, maybe he sun-bathes at any Island he chooses... white streaks in hair to keep that blondish look maybe? Well, personally think they over tattoed him. Just hope that he can at least make funny repetiore like in the animations.
