Romantic Depressive And Erotic Movies? - Topic

requiem for a dream is probably the most depressing story you will ever see, it has strong inflictions of romance in it, making it both sad and inspiring at the same time.
leaving las vegas - even more depressing since the story is more common, also a truly great movie (even though alot of ppl hate nicolas cage, i believe this is one of his greatest performances) also a kickass movie.

that movie is depressing...

I almost said that the mom was the only one that I kind of felt bad for, but at the same time she was a clueless idiot who completely enabled her son to get ruined by his drug use and provided nothing useful to society or anybody (including herself).
