You seem to be just a bandwagoner, if you knew anything about the comic books the characters are pretty much identical with a few backstory changes. And they are supposed to be funny misfits, they are pretty much the Avengers for space.

Don't feed the trolls man. He clearly is developmentally challenged if he didn't know what to expect from that movie from the trailers. Anyone that goes to see, and doesn't like it, for the things he just listed; deserves to have their money taken and their heart's broken.

Honestly, the movie does look like it will be TOO comical. Many of the reviews say that it's silly, in a way, but still have a positive opinion towards the movie.

But then again, that's how it can be perceived from the trailer. I'll be able to judge it myself tonight.

Who are you defending here? His comment was literally: "childish" (obvious from the trailer) and stupid considering it's in the same universe as other Marvel characters. WTF part of his comment showed any sort of constructive criticism that couldn't have already been concluded from the trailers... Dude must live his life thinking shit like Iron Man and Hulk is realistic, but a talking Raccoon in space... OH, NOW THEY'VE JUST GONE TOO FAR!!! I'M ANGRY!!! GRRRR!!!

Calm down........

A talking raccoon in space....well....is quite different than the Avengers team. Iron man is completely formed from technology and science. The hulk.....from science. I don't think anyone can argue that a talking raccoon isn't strange.

I'm not, however, saying it can or can not work.


The trailer DOES make it seem like it may be a bit childish, more of a beat em up-comedy-style type movie which other Marvel movie trailers haven't been.

Like I said, I can judge it accurately tonight.

ALL OF THESE THINGS ARE BASED ON COMIC BOOKS THAT HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR DECADES!

Seriously, if you are unsure about what you are getting into, do a simple Google search prior to spending your money.

Do you know why they are making comic adapted movies for you people? Because 90% of you are too lazy to read they're awesome stories. So, they have to put them up on the silver screen for you, with their bright lights and loud explosions to keep you children in your seats. Thank them. They obviously know what they are doing...

There is nothing wrong with not reading the comic books, or books that the movies are based on. That's being pretentious and arrogant and your attitude is poor. I believe you that they may be awesome stories, but you can't call someone who doesn't have any interest in reading them lazy.

It doesn't matter how it presents itself in the comic books, we don't have any control over how they piece together the movie so I ALWAYS JUDGE the movie based on the movie as a standalone and not one that was based off of a book/comic book.



I don't need to do a Google search, I'm taking my girlfriend to see it because she wants to see it. I could have waited for it on Netflix.
