Not sure what people are trying to say at this point. We should accept mediocrity just because? The movie could be done well and I'm entitled to bitch that Michael Bay and Ehren Kruger are still at the helm. Batman had the decency to go out and find a real director when the movies turned to shit and Transformers should do the same. Not really that complicated. Michael Bay knows explosions and hot girls and that's about it. I'd like a little bit more out of it. Does it have to be thought provoking or anything crazy? Of course not, I just want more than what Michael Bay can deliver.

Good movies still exist and it sucks to see a show I loved as a kid being butt fucked by Michael Bay and Co.

not that I am saying I liked the cast from the previous movies, but the thing I hate more than anything is when they switch around the actors in a movie series... they should never do that

That is so true... I watch it because I am of an age where it was never released in cartoons.
Hence the "Roadrunner" / "Popeye" / "Bugs Bunny" etc era... now I watch many episodes like Yu-Gi-Oh / Beyblades / Pokemon series etc... the thing with
modern anime series etc... is the ethic, beliefs etc... they are more wanted... Friendship, loyalty & Naruto with trust etc.

And the following also incorporates Transformers... that is what made it a great show... now... if you compare the modern diversion of anime/cartoons, you will
come out with the modern transformers that are out now... only thing I dispute with... the timeframe from original Autobots/Decepticons and the ancient Beasticons
that will be introduced in Transformers [4]

absolutely brilliantin those regards, its like a two and a half tech demo... every audio/vidoeophile is looking forward to this movie for those two reasons alone. Gonna watch it in the cinema when it premiers and get it on blu-ray to test on my own home cinema setup.

apparently everyone is a god damn professional critique because they read the 7th harry potter book.

people, you try managing over $100 million in some cases and making a movie.

The transformers movies were entertaining to watch therefore for me, it was a good movie.

People just have terrible taste in movies, not really my problem. The 2nd one was just all around terrible... they literally just threw 100mil at a screen and said make some fucking explosions and hope dumb people will see this. The 3rd one was a little bit better, it seemed like they were trying at least. I still never thought I'd get bored of fucking transformer fights though and Michael Bay somehow even made those boring by the end of the movie.

To me these movies are for purely fun action entertainment
I don't care for the story but ill follow it if there is one
I'm purely watching it for the action and for the opportunity to see my childhood cartoon in action on the big screen with the latest CGI technology and special effects/sound
Just watch it for fun
Not all movies are meant to be watched for story and deep thought

I'll play MGS or Final Fantasys for story but there's nothing wrong with endless nonsense mindless carnage fun in dynstasty warriors either
