Yes, it really is a question. "New show" could mean different things.

By the network's definition, a show is categorized as "new" if the series premiered after the most recent Labor Day (but apparently that's not what you meant).
You said "obviously not a cancelled show". Well, there are cancelled shows with episodes yet to premiere (such as Breaking Bad). Are those "new shows"?
Family Guy started in 1999, but Season 11 will be premiering next month. Would you consider Family Guy a "new show"?

Station doesn't matter in time of internet (Seriously, don't they have commercial breaks every two minutes). Plot and reason why I like it are obvious.

1) Station: USA
2) TV Show: White Collar
3) Basic Plot: A white collar criminal agrees to help the FBI catch other white collar criminals using his expertise
as an art and securities thief, counterfeiter and racketeer.
4) Reason for why you like the show: Personally I am fond of this show because the story line is complex but
almost simple to follow and maintain your interest. Its actually pretty educational. I recommend watching.
5) Genre: Comedy | Crime | Drama
