Randyll Tarley #1. I agree with his leadership tactics 100%, I haven't seen him make a mistake yet.

But as for main characters, I'd say Arya. She keeps getting shit on by circumstances out of her control but never lets it get her down. She will do anything it takes to get some power and get back at the names on her list. So sad that the show skipped out on the part where she killed The Tickler, was her top moment in the series so far.

Possible spoilers:

Asha (aka Yara) is actually Maron Greyjoy, he didn't die during the rebellion and he's been living with his sister's identity to keep himself safe.
Jaqen Hagar is Eddard Stark, they switched places/faces while both in the black cells.
Strong Belwas is Robert Baratheon.
The series will end with Sansa throwing the winning touchdown in overtime of the Super Bowl.
