Terribly disjointed movie with absolutely no interesting characters and that intentionally portrays the most powerful man in the world as a complete moron throughout

Breezes over any potentially interesting parts of the story that they should have told, such as his rise to power and battle tactics to instead pretend to be a bad romance movie with two characters you care nothing about

Serious business of an actor.. joker is what remembered for. I say good for weird roles.
