What is your definition of "Romance"?
I mean "The Notebook" plays on your emotions between two(2) people in her life including the family BS.
How about "Pretty Woman"? Simple, a rich guy picks up a street girl?
How about "Runaway Bride"? Reporter trying to get a scoop from a woman that has had 3 engagements but never married them?
How about "Ghost" ... hey a dead lover can not let go and stays around protecting his love?
Actually forgot the name of this movie, but it is based on a person that a place at a lake, a woman years later rented the property. The guy from the past could send letters to her in the future and vice versa ... something like a 2+ year difference, BUT, they had met or had acquaintances during their lives since they were around the same age.
One of the old favorites ... "An Officer & a Gentleman" (yes... I am old)
How about Dirty Dancing ... got a little bit of song and dance. Hey you can have the old Patrick Swayze in "Roadhouse" with bar brawls and the like storyline.
Up to you... I don't know what your preference is for romance. Dang... you might like "Romancing the Stone"
