Hey guys !

thats a long time i wanted to talk about musics in TV shows and start a poll, this is the day !

i'm a TV shows big fan for years now, but i have to say i can enjoy a lot more some of em thanks to the musics. As examples, i would mention those :

The Leftovers - Max Richter
GOT - Ramin Djawadi
Dark - Ben Frost's

I'm also actually watching Raised by Wolves with great musics. We could mention some more im sure, maybe you have other examples ? Personally, when i'm talking or thinking about The Leftovers and GOT, musics are in first positions. I added all of em in my Deezer list

What's your mind about it guys ?

Good call I was about to make a thread like this a few times.
"Get out of my territory" if you wanna find the scene.

Music can absolutely change a scene.

Ramin Djawadi kills it in Westworld too. Some scenes went from a decent heartfelt scene to absolutely breathtaking just from his music.

Sound design is just as important as cinematography.

Edit: in some cases more important.

The Shepard Tone is something you will constantly hear but probably don't realise it's being used. Christopher Nolan has used it in most of his films.

Don't read the description or the comments. Just watch it all the way through and bask in the warm glow of pure artistic brilliance
