Haven't watched the premiere yet since I'm at training til the end of the month.

Who has and what do you think? It is getting better reviews than the 2nd season. I love Ali so I have high hopes for it.

Yeah so far so good for season 3 and hope it continues until the end. I think the problem with season 2 had more to do with the script/story than anything else as they took time off after season 2 to write a good one for season 3.

I still don't understand the hate for season 2. Sure, it wasn't as good as season 1, but season 1 is literally the best single season in television history imo. Season 2 was a well above average show, it was just disappointing when directly compared to it's predecessor. Even if S3 is only as good as S2, it'll still be plenty good enough for me.

I'm waiting a few weeks before jumping in, I prefer binging True Detective than doing it one episode at a time.

Binge watching is for sure preferable. They actually dropped the first two episodes of S3 for the ‘premier’ but yeah.

Noiceee, still going to wait a week or two, unless the wife wants to get in on it now. TD is one of the few shows we have left that I can get her to watch with me.

I mean, I didn't personally have any problems with watching season 2 and it is incredibly hard to expect any season to live up to how season one progressed. I personally think it is cool to see actors like Vince Vaughn and Colin Farrell in television show projects, but I love them in other projects too.

I like to binge watch myself, but didn't get the choice of the matter this time lol.

Going to watch the first episode tonight prob. That's cool how they dropped two at once.

Watched both episodes can’t wait for more. Really like the story line and the protagonist.
