Might be a long shot here... I remember seeing this movie when I was a kid but can’t for the life of me remember its name. Movie had to have been 80s or early 90s.

It is kind of like Bloodsport, except the loser of the fight dies. I remember one guy being thrown onto a wall of spikes in the ring, and another guy getting his heart ripped out of his chest!

I don’t remember any other specifics however, but I’ve been wanting to see it for awhile. A few fruitless google searches led me to just ask here.

Is it a Van Damme movie? I thought he had one like that, where he trains in the jungle or something lol
