Have you tried Amazon Prime and Hulu?

I have all three and I never run out of stuff to watch.

Hulu/Netflix/Amazon

None of them are great, and they all get stale as fuck eventually.

If you really want to watch whatever you want, whenever you want, learn to use the internet and just stream w/e the fuck you want to watch. None of the legal/paid for services are that good. They're great for about a month or two, and then you realize that they add like 3 good movies a year, no good shows, and holy fuck are most their originals terrible. At least they have a couple of good ones. The Marvel shows on Netflix have been okay, mostly falling in the 7-8/10 range. Hulu has a couple of good ones, 11.22.63 was pretty fantastic, but for the most part, this shit is limited and meh.

Daredevil/Punisher were my two favorites out of the four they've done so far. Jessica Jones was pretty fucking bad, but David Tennant as Kilgrave made the show, he's truly phenomenal in it. I actually never could force myself to get through Luke Cage, it just felt forced and boring to me. I need to give it another shot at some point, just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Streaming sites are your best bet. I know you'd prefer a legal alternative, but even if you do have Hulu/Netflix/Prime like I do, you'll quickly realize how much of the same shit is on all 3 of them, how rarely good movies come out, and how fucking annoying it is that 99% of the good movies that do come out, are one's you've already seen because they came out on Redbox 6 months ago.

I still enjoy all of them because I watch the same shows over and over as background noise while I'm cleaning, working, or playing games and it just calms me. Currently re-watching Parks and Rec atm, forgot how funny this show is.
