just saw this pop up on hulu, but didn't see anyone make a topic yet. is it a paranormal procedural cop show?

I think it's a typical cop show

It's cop-ish but a lot better than other cop shows. The main cop chick and Lucifer have something going on that will probably unfold throughout the season, it is pretty interesting already.

First episode was amazing

watched the first ep. i think i would have liked it better without the devil angle. just some mysterious guy with hidden talents who doesn't go around telling everyone he's immortal

I watched the first show and it was pretty good, not really much paranormal stuff except at the very end when he sorta gave the bad guy this death gaze or something - kinda like in Ghost Rider, mostly it's like a light hearted detective show but the story was told well and the characters were good. Actual paranormal shows are far more creepier.

I just checked the trailer.. feels like I just watched whole episode 1

Them having something going on doesn't change anything.
Just like Castle is mediocre.
