Imagine, you get deployed in the most hostile environements and survive just to get killed in your own country by some random guy...

Wasn't a random guy, was a marine he was helping with PTSD. But yeah, survive all those tours and end up gunned down by a fellow serviceman. Tragic.

He was supposedly a dick. Had a serious lawsuit up against him for lying in his book about beating up another Seal. He died, and the other Seal won like $3,000,000 from the lawsuit.

He wasn't a seal, he was a frogman with udt. He went through BUD and served in the navy during vietnam but never actually saw combat. The UDT was repurposed into seals with further training, the man in question was never a seal himself. He never went through the seal training. He tried to pass as a battle hardened navy seal many times. As for lying, honestly given that the person in question is a crackpot loud mouthed conspiracy theorist and the testimony I heard, I bet he did punch him. Funny thing, he said he wasn't in it for the money, yet he chose to go after the wife. He pretty much got disowned for his money grubbing.

Depends on who you talk to. Either way, he never saw combat and never took the training of a seal. All he had was BUD. But that didn't stop him from trying to pass himself off as a battle hardened veteran. Plus he's a conspiracy theorist, so i wouldn't believe anything he says.
