It's probably because it won't come out.

Besides, the first was weird and fucked up, but the second was really lame, the subject is fully explored. Let's move on

On internet they said it will come out in 2014 , around it say october , but it still not out in US actually strange.

The Human Centipede movies were low budget and didn't require any special effects, so I think you can start a part 3 instead of waiting to hear news of the 3rd one if there is one.
