Both are great, and very different. Captain america has more actions, but gardians of the galaxy is more like a comedy-action movie.

I personally prefered captain america, because im not a fan of childish characters (such as a talking racoon with a launcher, riding a tree and shooting everything in a prison). The movie was still great but i prefered watching captain america.

What about Batman......

Since when is Batman a Marvel character?

What about Harry Potter?

Captain America: Winter Soldier by a LONG Shot.

And that's with me not caring for Captain America as a super hero.

guardians is for 12year olds

That's like comparing apples to oranges. Yeah they're both round (they're both marvel movies) but they're completely different. They're both great but Winter Soldier is a serious marvel film where as Guardians is a comedy. Vote goes to the Cap.
