Has anyone been watching the recently new HBO series? The second episode was on today,
It has a very weird vibe to it, but i want to know what the fuck is going on so badly that im hooked on this odd ass show

Have both episodes dvr'd but haven't had time to watch them yet. From what I heard it's good.
I like how the creators described it in an interview. “This show is about the condition of living in a post-apocalyptic world where, if you look out the window, it doesn’t look like the apocalypse happened,” “But it did.”

The book itself never delved into what happened so I don't expect it to show it here. It's funny that they make sure to point out that some bad people also vanished according to the interviews.

What is the book called? And they did make notice of a few people who did some bad things that dissappeared as well, but i won't go indepth anymore.. Lmk what you think of them when you watch them!

I really like the show its just ive never watched a series like this before, its quite dark depressing and mysterious

Haven't watched tonight's episode yet, but it's got me interested based on the pilot.

watched the first episode, it seemed pretty meh. I'll keep watching for now and hopefully it picks up. I just see it being one of those shows that never goes anywhere.

third episode was amazing

Not really sure what was amazing about it, show seems like it's going nowhere slowly. Epic buildup with little to no payoff, I can't see it going anywhere else. I'll keep watching because I'm a sucker but you can't honestly expect this show to actually know what the hell it's doing lol.
