I voted Futurama.

In addition to it being funny, it actually has a plot, an overlying story, and references to past episodes and/or characters.
It also stands out with quite a few dramatic episodes. "Jurassic Bark" was one of the saddest episodes of anything I've ever seen (and "The Sting" I think it was called?)

Even its newer episodes are quite entertaining, if not as good as the originals.

American Dad is the biggest piece of shit to have ever been created, it's the least funny show I've ever seen.

Futurama > South Park > Family Guy > American Dad
