Spirited Away
Basically anything by Hayao Miyazaki actually.

omg thank you for making me remember Spirited Away, i remember watching a trailer but didnt catch the name and wanted to watch it!!

fma is about two boys who'll do whatever it takes to fix their bodies and reverse their grave mistakes

monster is about a doctor who dedicates his life to helping people who were harmed by a monster he saved. it's fairly long (70ish eps iirc) and it can be slow at times. may or may not be your thing

Your list seems to primarily fall under the category of coming of age films. I highly recommend Dazed And Confused, Almost Famous and The Breakfast Club (like ImoK said), all great movies :)
