i don't want just pure disgusting films where all you see is shit , piss , puke, blood etc.... i want something that feels realistic , emotional with disturbing scenes

its prob not something i will watch again soon but i thought that film was well made.... realistic atmosphere, good acting and shocking scenes.

I thought this movie was very well done, but I found it really disturbing... Almost so much that I regret watching it.
