Favorite New TV Series?

must be in the 2nd season at the most & must include the following:

1) Station.
2) TV Show.
3) Basic Plot.
4) Reason for why you like the show.

Will Graham is now interpreted by a talented actor, it changes from Norton, also the Hannibal guy is really ace, watching him cook is delightful, he doesn't look as menacing as Anthony Hopkins at first, but it ends up making the character being even horrifying.
