I can offer a rush with my necro (Gem of ease Rank 47 in my weapon) and some casual T10 runs afterwards (or GR45 which is the same difficulty as T10).

The highest Torment right now is 13, but greater rifts can go much higher than that. You need to do a solo GR 70 to unlock primal ancient items (ancient items with max rolled stats).
(GR60 would be equal to T13 regarding difficulty and GR70 should be around T15).

The current Necro HC leaderboard is at GR 102 ;)
It was a bit of a surprise for me that the highest ones use Trang'Ouls (Blood set) right now; Grace of Inarius (Bone armor set) was the dominant one right after release.

edit: I suggest 20fg for a rush and 10 for each rift / grift at T10 right now (including lootshare)
