How much would this ring be worth ?

i think a SoJ or Unity beats it for 99% of all builds...so i dont think too much...

It's not that nice.
If it was dex/6cc/50cd and one random mod, it would be nice.

CD has a few more variables when comparing to asi or cc you know.
As gaydiver said, people will prefer other rings in the long run.
