is there a way to hold the game until you are online at the perfect moment?
or is it circumstantial only

You can hold a game by macro'ing a skill in town. I'm on from ~4PM -> 2AM EST.

I don't currently offer GR carries on hardcore, maybe in the future. In the meantime I have this achievement now. :)
