Why are you comparing D3 services to D2 characters?

because season just RESET, the number of people willing to do it for free in game is low, and if you want to skip the nightmare of leveling yourself.... then pay for it



price always = whatever the market will support, so if people are paying 500 then the price is 500 is time goes on price goes down because a lot more poeple will be capable of doing plvl and the odds of getting free plvl will increase.

the question is, how long do you want to wait.
